- General Summary:
- Should be a Graduate in any stream. Should have good communication and convincing skills. Should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure.
Job resposiblities
- Need an experienced Domestic IT Recruiter with experience of 2 to 3years,
- with excellent communication and writing skills.
- Should have exp working on VMS and MSP
- Should have good experience in end to end IT recruitment.
- Must-Have experience in Contract Staffing (Contract or C2H)
- should have extensive knowledge on working with direct clients.
- Should be able to use Job portals/ Job boards extensively and efficiently.
- Good level of experience to deal with candidates/Vendors professionally and negotiate rates Make timely submissions and provide required information to the Sales Managers. Maintain regular reports and MIS.
- Coordinate with the candidates for the interviews timings and joining formalities.
- Should have worked as an individual contributor and for a different mode of hiring.
- Ability to interact, develop a network and get the best resource for any given requirement.
- Screening, shortlisting, sourcing candidates for the given skill sets through various job sites, referrals. Building and maintaining a database of contacts and resumes.
- Good communications and experience on contract and permanent staffing,
- Candidates from a consulting background will be preferred with a good database and strong exposure to the technologies.
- Experience and knowledge in all IT Technologies.
- Proven track record of the good number of closures.
- Qualification and Experience: Any Bachelor's / Masters degree
