- Establish the departmental objectives to ensure it's aligned with company strategies.
- Implements company compensations & benefits strategy to ensure employees are remunerated with competitive
packages aligned with market trends
- Monitoring employee's performances management and provide suggestions the appropriate remunerations,
bonuses, employee performance appraisals, and wage increase as per company policies.
- Monitoring the recruitment process including Manpower Planning and turnover rate to ensure the right candidates
are selected as per company’s requirements.
- Monitor tasks related to the personnel for the employees, this includes Payroll, attendance, circulars, vacations,
warning letters... etc. to Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Monitoring the training process, plans and training needs to ensure the employees have high level of training.
- Coordinates SAP HCM module and coordinates its data to ensure having strong database with continuous update.
- Preparing annual Manpower budget plan and making cost forecasting to ensure budget is aligned with next year
plan.
-Implements company OD projects to ensure it adheres with organizations strategic objectives.
- B.S. / Master in Management or relevant "Human Resources / Business "
- CIPD/ SHRM is preferred
- +12 Years of experience including at least 2 years in managerial position
