Job Description

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist to develop in all areas relating to product development from base size fit approval of lingerie garment production.
  • Implement & maintain the 6S audit in regularly.
  • Prepare weekly production plan and implement to meet the shipment date.
  • Follow up hourly Production & Efficiency% during style changeover with control line WIP.
  • Develop the skill of sewing operator & helper in production floor.
  • Follow up total production flow by and balancing the production lines to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
  • Ensure that products are developed consistent with the established fit and quality standards, manufacturing cost specifications.
  • Ensure all required production are ready as per buyer requirement before shipment
  • Monitor and implement production plan & achieving target of production for Lingerie Garments.
  • Ensure maximum capacity utilization with proper utilization of manpower
  • Achieve higher productivity with maintaining quality/standard as per Buyer requirement
  • Prepare MIS report and submit to the Management.
