Job Brief:
We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist with a diversified eperience in Organzation Development, Compensation & Benefits, Change Management, HR Transformation, Content Development, Employer Branding to devise our organizational training and change management strategies, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes.
HR Specialist typically have accountability and expertise in coaching, change management, HR transformation projects, content development, internal-external communications, performance monitoring and business acumen.
Job Responsibilities:
- Translating the HR strategy so leaders and team members understand and are equipped to fulfill the strategy
- Tracking and sharing progress and performance to keep the HR organization informed
- Enabling improvements in engagement, performance and retention within HR
- Building change agility to accelerate HR transformation efforts
- Helping leaders articulate the value of HR to business leaders and key partners
- Designs, develops and delivers a management development program to build effective management skills.
- Develops specific training programs to improve service performance.
- Works with leadership team to determine development needs of managers.
- Assists in the all phases of the content development cycle, including needs analysis, planning, designing, developing, implementing, evaluating and editing.
- Develops participant and instructor materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, job aids, etc).
