About the role

Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the centre
Lead, motivate and support the team
Maintaining a high quality and performing centre
A drive for continuous increase in occupancy and maintaining a strong reputation across the community
Full time position

What we are looking for

A passionate, and driven leader
Trustworthy and dedicated
A current centre manager looking to grow with a dynamic organisation or;
Previous experience as a strong 2IC for 1 year minimum
A Bachelor of Early Education (highly preferred)
Inspired by the Reggio Emilia Approach
Immediate start
