Planning & Reporting Design and Develop strategies and processes to lead an effective Admissions Compliance programme for Study Centre sites which meet regulatory frameworks (e.g. Ofs, QAA). Work closely with senior management ensuring that compliance is implemented across all relevant departments and appropriate training is provided. Prepare and deliver required compliance reports for relevant committees as required. Set and monitor team KPIs and to provide regular reports activity. To keep up to date on changes on the University’s admissions process and policies. To ensure accurate paper and electronic records are maintained including records of decisions made, records of changes made to offers and acceptances and to monitor these responses. To use the University’s record system (SITS) accurately and appropriately to facilitate the above, including checking the quality of data and correcting errors
Other Duties To contribute to the strategic priorities of the university, including clearing, registration, National Student Survey, conversion activities and corporate events. To undertake training and development activities as per the needs of the University. To observe current Legislation including the Data Protection Act and the Equality Act 2010. To support wider University functions (for example SiD), advising on complex student matters whilst onsite at Study Centre locations. Oversee the implementation and planning of agent partner training - awareness of compliance issues, provide advice on best practice and to inform of changes to process.
