Job Description

Account Executive is accountable for achieving revenue goals by discovering, qualifying, developing and closing new business with large enterprise customers.

Account Executive will independently and effectively coordinate sales engineers and other resources to evaluate prospects' business & technical needs, formulate solutions and associated value propositions, proving value propositions through pilots and POCs, and negotiate economic and legal terms to close new subscription business.

The successful candidate will partner with sales professionals to engage and assist prospects through the buying process. The ability to evangelize Illusive's approach and educate technical teams on the benefits of our solutions is key to success in this role. We're seeking results-driven, disciplined technical sales leaders, with a passion for innovative technology.

Requirements

10 + years of outside sales with a focus on new logo acquisition or business development; consistently delivering $5-$10M per year in revenues.

Consistent track record of exceeding quota and driving referenceable business in formation, network, and/or computer security solutions

Avid hunter with proven prospecting skills of penetrating accounts; reaching decision-makers and closing business.

Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a territory to achieve maximum revenue and efficiency.

Passionate about post-sales customer success.

Excellent time management and communication skills.

Desire to drive change and evangelize new technologies.

Proficient with Salesforce.com and Micro
