Daily Responsibilities
Conduct video based training and presentation to new and future partners
Proactively source new potential partners
Answer questions from and provide guidance to your assigned partners on the best use of the Loanpal platform
Provide best in class business intelligence driven guidance to your assigned partners to aid their growth and development
Interact with Executive team members to develop new and enhance existing programs
Perform periodic in person partner visits
Every day – Have fun, laugh, help people, kick off your shoes and give an amazing high five that makes someone smile
Desired Skills
2+ years prior B2B or sales within the solar industry
4 year degree a plus
Strong organizational skills with the ability to shift priorities to best meet goals
Ability to multitask in a high paced environment
Very strong written and verbal communication a must
Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
Be amazing, charismatic, organized and have the ability to think on your feet
