The brief job description is as follows:
1. The Call Center at Mumbai Head Office generates leads and makes customer appointments, our Sales executives have to:
2. Attending customer audit calls as per appointments set by the call center team
3. Auditing the customer premises for pests, cleaning and other services
4. Explaining the various dos and don's to the customer as per the audit findings
5. Pitching the various services that are offered
6. Booking the services on the application as requested by the customer and collecting payment
7. Generating leads through References
