- JOB DESCRIPTION
a. Examine and evaluate adequacy and effectiveness of the La Filipina Uy Gongco (LFUG) Group of Companies entire system of internal controls;
b. Assess level of compliance with Company policies and procedures, Core Values, and regulatory requirements;
c. Determine whether results of administrative, financial and technical activities are consistent with established goals and operations are being carried out as planned;
d. Identify activities and transactions that have a significant room for operation optimization and have substantial monetary impact;
e. Appraise the economy and efficiency with which resources are employed and the means of safeguarding assets;
f. Ascertain the reliability, integrity, and timeliness of financial and technical reports;
Collate data thru document review;
g. Be informed of applicable laws, regulations, and standard issued by regulatory bodies;
Conduct on-site inspections and interviews;
h. Draft audit report; completely disclose all pertinent information;
i. Conduct follow-up audit when necessary; determine level of response
