Lead a team to design, develop as well as testing of software applications
Participate and engage with the users in the software development lifecycle including proposing effective solutions
Review and write project related technical documentations
Maintain a high level of standard within the development team by adopting software development and deployment practices

Possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication) or equivalent, with at least 3 years of relevant software development experience.
Hands-on experiences on the followings:
- Java, Spring, MVC, ORM, Unit/Integration Testing, Performance Testing, Build Scripts, Unix (Linux) skills.
- Architect solutions (both at the network architecture level and the Java object level)
- Troubleshooting functional, load and security issues under time pressure
2 years of experiences leading a technical team to develop and deploy code to multiple environments (i.e. prepare all the steps before deployment and execute the deployment with the team)
Exposure in setting up infrastructure such as web servers, databases, integration tools
Strong UNIX and Windows Server skills
Good communication skills in English and Chinese written and oral (to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)
