Key Accountabilities
Drive understanding of and commitment to the HR strategy, policies and processes across employees and managers in APAC.
Work closely with all of the Global HR business partner to understand the key business drivers.
Deliver an excellent HR service to the business, supporting the HR Operation team in developing, reviewing, updating and maintaining HR business policies, processes and systems
Manage HR cases in a timely and effective manner, supporting business managers to ensure consistency, fairness and delivery in line with T&F values and to reduce operational risk to the business
Work closely with colleagues across the HR team to ensure consistency in approach and work with the global HR team to provide APAC orientated input into global HR projects
Communicate and build commitment to T&F performance management policies and processes into the business, support managers day to day as required and support continuous improvement processes to support the HR strategy of global high performance
Partner with the Global Resourcing team on all Recruitment related matters
Travel will be required between APAC location and the occasional global travel
The ideal candidate will have:
Generalist HR experience including local employment legislation across APAC is essential.
Ability to build relationships with employees at all levels.
