ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Effectively plan, design, implement, and evaluate HR-related initiatives that support organizational strategic goals.
- Research, develop, interpret, and administer HR policies and procedures, including maintenance of the employee handbook, that support a high performing culture in a growing organization.
- Collect and analyze data to provide senior management with the actionable information to drive a high performing culture.
- Develop and implement programs to recruit, develop, and retain top talent, including: leveraging multiple sourcing strategies and channels, and internal referrals to provide high quality candidates for open positions; evaluating training and development needs, and facilitating delivery; and developing initiatives that fully engage employees in LIIFs mission, including employee recognition programs.
- Develop and administer performance management and compensation systems, and ensure employee development plans are prioritized by both employees and supervisors.
- Provide coaching to managers and employees to support leadership development, business decision-making, and problem-solving.
