Business Development Executive
Integrated Human Capitals San Antonio branch is currently seeking a top-notch Business Development Executive with a proven track record in business to business sales! This position requires primarily out-of-office performance in a generally unsupervised environment.

Responsibilities of the Business Development Executive:
- Responsible for the sales and marketing of Human Resource Services to include but not limited to temporary staffing, direct placement, payroll services and on-site staffing in designated local markets
- Increase billable hours, total sales dollars and gross profit dollars
- Generate and qualify business leads, build and manage a sales pipeline of major account opportunities, close and on-board new business, document all sales activity to include sales calls, networking, client information, preparation of proposals, etc., and business networking
- Implements creative and professionally acceptable sales techniques to achieve individual performance objectives in terms of quality, quantity, and timeliness
- Conducts prosp
