THE JOB:
- Showcasing excellence in customer service
- Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Handle client product enquiries - phone, email and via sales rep efficiently
- Check stock availability and advise
- Take orders and process onto computer
- Make the most of client relationships by up-selling specials
- Check pricing arrangements - bulk stock / priority clients
- Keep clients up to date with any delays in orders
- Calls to existing clients to highlight stock clearance items
- General admin
YOU NEED:
- A good background in customer service / call centre / internal sales (working with a product would be an advantage)
- Good computer skills
- Great communication skills - both written and verbal
- A lovely pleasant demeanour - this is a small friendly dedicated team
- A can do attitude - developing client relationships especially with key accounts is important
- Live within travelling distance to Canning Vale
