About The Role:
Initial point of contact, welcome visitors or clients, take details and assist them with initial problems or enquiries.
Process credit notes for customers and customer refunds
Deal with customer complaints
Handle return of goods, supply of correct products when attending to customer complaints
Where appropriate refer visitors or clients to the appropriate member of staff
Assist customers through the research & consideration process by providing them with relevant sales tools & information when required
Provide exceptional customer service
Report on customer feedback and other relevant market information required to better understand the current sales and customer environment - to be used in business decisions and planning
About The Person:
Ideally Sales Certificate Required
Minimum 4 years sales or customer service experience
Construction or similar industry experience would be desired
