• • Responsible for the monitoring and transmittal of Clearance at Head office Responsible for requesting of members Philhealth certification at Head office Responsible for the receiving, monitoring and transmittal of HMO and Accident Insurance report Responsible for the receiving of Sick Incentive Leave to be submitted at Head office Responsible for the preparation, monitoring, filing and transmittal of monthly SSS Salary Loan and PAG-IBIG Salary Loan report Responsible for the preparation, monitoring, filing and transmittal of SSS Sickness and Maternity Benefit notification and reimbursement Responsible for the monitoring of SSS Sickness and Maternity Benefit company advance payment Responsible for the releasing of SSS Salary loan and Pag-ibig Multi-Purpose loan checks and vouchers Responsible for addressing complaints and resolving issues and complaints related to employee incentives and benefits specifically SSS, PHILHEALTH, PAG-IBIG and INSURANCE
