About the IT Manager role
As the head of the team, you will manage the day to day maintenance of the IT infrastructure. You will also plan and implement any new IT systems, advising on any opportunities for future technological growth.
Key Aspects of the role will include:
- Ensuring IT systems and services are run securely and managed efficiently
- Running and supporting new IT projects, ensuring new systems are delivered within time and budget.
- Developing a strong deskside support to support and enable business growth
- Managing 3rd party IT partners and suppliers
- Advising on any Cyber Security issues, including data protection and GDPR.
Skills you will need as the IT Manager:
- 5 years' experience in senior IT role
- IT Project Management experience
- CCNA or CCNAP or any Microsoft Certifications
- Experience managing and building a team
