Preferably female with experience in Real Estate
1. Promotes sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services;
2. Develops content for sales presentations or other materials;
3. Delivers promotional presentations to current or prospective customers.
4. Interviews clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking; gathers customer or product information to determine customer needs.
5. Coordinates appointments to show homes to prospective buyers;
6. Accompanies buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting;
