Job opening in London for Head of Sales
We are looking for a driven and ambitious Head of Sales to join one of the UK's fastest growing technology companies. They are an award-winning start up in the Consumer Electronics industry with their products being manufactured in Europe and the US, distributed into very well-known retailers.
With plans to grow the business globally, they're looking for a talented Head of Sales to help drive the business forward and grow their current team.
Experience and Skills
o Day to day management of the sales team ensuring they are on track for achieving KPI's.
o Setting sales KPI's to manage activity within the team.
o Working with the sales team on sales techniques and giving advice.
o Performance managing under performing members of the sales and marketing team.
o Overseeing all marketing activity and ensuring it fits with the marketing strategy.
o Overseeing the company's social media accounts.
o Arranging for the company to attend relevant industry events and conferences.
o Reporting on activities towards targets to the company directors.
o Researching potential target industries and customers.
o Attending meetings with customers alongside sales team.
o Experience with UK Consumer Electronic retailers.
o Experience with premium brands.
o Experience working with distributors.
o Highly motivated with a genuine drive to succeed.
o Excellent presentation, excel and maths skills.
o Meeting sales targets on time.
o Excellent leadership and negotiation skills.
