Responsibilities
- Take reservations, check in/check out guest and handling telephone inquiries
- Assist in day to day operations of the front office
- Maintain good relationships with guest and assisting them with their needs
- Ensure cleanliness of the rooms
- Maintaining standard of the hotel
- Manage guest feedback and complaints
- Must be willing to work shifts
- Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in the Hotel Management/ Tourism service will be look on favourably
