The earning potential that this role can offer to you is outstanding for a trainee sales position based in Leicester. Working as trainee sales you will complement the sales team, working as part of a large team, you will be supported by your peers and management as you work hard and within set criteria to increase your basic salary in line with earning increase.
Initially, you will join on a salary between 14,000 and 17,000 a year with the potential to bring home 20,000 in year 1, 30,000 in year 2. Working Monday to Friday office hours, with onsite parking.
You will be offered a different approach to a training program, with both classroom and floor training throughout your first few months. You will receive both business and job training, starting with Lead Generation and moving on to the 360 sales. Ongoing coaching and 1-1's, an open-door policy at all times with encouragement from your peers and Manager.
Success in this position is all based around your personality where you need to be sharp, conversational with a desire to earn money. If you have these things you will be a success in this sales positions.
As trainee sales, you will be prospecting for new accounts, dealing and building relationships with decision makers, quoting on equipment.
You will receive in-depth sales training to ensure your success as you join a culture of success and high earning sales that is evident from the moment you walk in the door.
