Duties & Responsibilities: Our client is hiring a representable and professional Receptionist to represent the company and take on all kinds of administrative and secretarial tasks.
Main activities:
Answer all incoming calls and handle inquiries whenever possible
Greet, assist and/or direct any kind of visitors
Provide administrative services as per request for different departments (HR, logistics, sales, etc.)
Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs

Skills & Competencies:
Multitasking is most important skill needed
Being able to work with a computer
Good English knowledge (written en spoken) Personal skills: time management, communication, analytical and problem solving, respectful, friendly, flexible
Education & Qualifications: Minimum 3 years work experience in similar position/role (or HR, Sales Coordination)
