Job Summary
SCS Engineers (SCS) is seeking an independent, forward-thinking engineer to assist with the workload of diverse, challenging projects in our Denver, Pennsylvania office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This position includes opportunities for general civil engineering design; landfill and landfill gas design and engineering analysis, stormwater design, construction quality assurance, all phases of design including construction plans, specifications and construction documents. Position will involve preparation of engineering plans in AutoCAD and report writing. Some field work and travel will be required.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering required
- 0-5 years of relevant experience required (environmental consulting experience preferred)
- Experience performing stormwater design and calculations is strongly preferred
- A solid waste background with experience in landfill design, AutoCAD, field qua
