An Industrial Engineering, Entrepreneurial Management, Management Engineering, Business Administration, Civil Engineering or an Architectural graduate; with at least ten (10) years experience in real estate development with involvement in business development and project management, construction and urban planning, five (5) years of which in managerial capacity; has driving skills and driver's license; can work under pressure and with less supervision; has very good interpersonal, oral and written communication, negotiating and leadership skills; computer literate; and trustworthy.
