Your responsibilities will include:
" Speaking with clients who require assistance with their order or enquiry
" Speaking to couriers to chase parcels and raise investigations
" Dealing with customer embase regarding customer service issues
" Arranging for replacement goods to be sent to customers
" Arranging for goods to be collected from customers
" Reporting on the performance of couriers
" Raising credit notes
" Dealing with customer queries
" Chasing deliveries and updating clients
" Obtaining Proofs of Delivery
" Ordering stationery
" Dealing with the post
