RESPONSIBILITIES
To assist the Executive Head Chef and the Head Chef in the smooth running of the Kitchen operations. To help creating new dishes according with the seasonal products. To pick the best ingredients from the best suppliers (everything is fresher than fresh in the place!) to train the Junior staff, to help keeping the Health & Safety in place.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
At least 3 years of experience in the Sous Chef role. Must come from a quality restaurant or a luxury hotel.
WORK/LIFE BALANCE
3 days off a week - 3 doubles and 1 single shift
