IT Manager/IT Support Our Client in Chelmsford are searching for anIT Manager/IT Supportto support and manage the companys IT. Working alongside a very progressive organisation, you will be the first on-site IT support in a scheduled to grow team. Ideally, for this IT Manager position the client are looking for someone with professional experience with the following:

• Strong hands-on IT Support experience (1st Line/2nd Line)
• IT Management within a small organisation (30 to 100 users)
• Desk-side support
• Systems training experience
• Experience with multi-site environments
• IT Troubleshooting
• Microsoft office support experience
• Windows 7 and 10
• Desktop and Laptop support
• Server experience
• Active Directory
• Basic networking
• Mobile support (Android and iOS)
• Printer support
• Office 365 would be beneficial
• Remote support experience (VPN support)
• RAID experience
• Experience of working on mini projects
• Experience of liaising with 3rd party vendors, and contract negotiation
• Experience with cloud based infrastructure
• Articulate with strong communication skills
• Calm and precise
• Enthusiastic, Professional and Passionate
• Open to learn and grow
• Open to occasional travel to other sites

For this IT Manager you role you will:

• Assist on everything from Blue Screens to Strategy Meetings
