We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Director also known in our organisation as a People Director. The People / HR Director position is key within the Big Lottery Fund, leading and overseeing its Human Resource and people development functions, while contributing at a strategic level to leadership of the organisation. Success in this role as the People / HR Director requires a creative and strategically strong Human Resource professional, with empathic leadership capabilities. Experience, gravitas and entrepreneurial flair are also needed to support the organisation in delivering and developing its six-year strategic vision, People in the Lead.
