Key Role & Responsibility:
- Generating leads through cold calling and converting leads into revenue
- Dealing with SPOC of the company, HR Head, Training Head, CFOs and selling their IT services.
- Understanding the clients requirement and purpose the best solution as per their need.
- Revenue maximization by cross selling and up selling with the existing accounts, identify lucrativerevenue streamsfor quest of better margins and top line.
- Handling existing accounts generating revenue assurance from given set of accounts (existing Clients).
- Coordinating with the Clients, Trainer and other departments as per need.
- Achieving monthly targets
Required Skills
- Sales Attitude and aptitude
- Good communication skills verbal and written.
- Keen eye for details and fast response time or TAT for business needs and requirements (day to day work), which implies working as per business needs.
- Keen to enhancebusiness across different industries and accounts.
- Should have experience in handling B2B clients.
