Blubird is a consulting and recruitment company located in Brussels and Sofia. We are specialized in infrastructure, Cloud computing, Apps and DevOps. We provide various services such as audit, consultancy, project management as well as permanent and temporary staffing solutions for our clients.
To reinforce our team, we are actively looking for an IT Talent Provider (M/F). That means that you will be tasked with being an active participant in the all recruitment process of the company, from the prospection of new clients to the recruitment process.
Tasks
Sales part
Prospection of news clients: research on the internet, listing of clients, calls ...
Open new opportunities
Build a long-term relationship with clients
Recruitment part
Sourcing of the candidates via different job boards and first screening.
Call or/and Face to face interviews.
Build a long-term relationship with candidates and customers
Build a competent and strong IT team within the Bulgarian office.
Work as a team with the HR recruiter in finding difficult profiles (contacts with schools, social networks ...)
Regularly update the database of candidates
Profile requirements
You have a relevant experience in the IT sector as a recruiter and/or Sales
You have a strong interest for the software development, the cloud, ..
You are proactive, smiling, commercial and dynamic
You have excellent communication skills
You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
You have an excellent knowledge of English, French and/or Dutch are a huge plus, but not a MUST
You are open to travel to Brussels.
