We are US based MNC located in Ahmedabad, Noida . We have urgent openings for IT/NON IT Recruiter.
Job Description:
Role & Responsibility: -
1) Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients .
2) Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
3) Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Job diva), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
4) Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) position.
5) Responsible for achieving a god conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
6) Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
7) Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status
Desired Candidates:
Looking for candidates with min 6 months exp in US recruitment.
Preferably should have experience of working with Non Direct & Direct Clients
Should have excellent communication skills.
Should be from US recruitment background.
Good interpersonal and team coordination skills.
Must be proactive & self-driven.
Must be a quick thinker.
Should be well versed with various tax terms(W2, C2C, 1099).
Should have thorough understanding of various IT terminologies.
Work Location: Ahmedabad, Noida
