JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Experience: 2+ year in IT recruitment (contract/permanent)
- Must have experience in IT recruitment(Contract & Permanent staffing )
- Good knowledge in technologies.
- Sourcing the suitable and quality candidates from the target companies with the help of resources provided.
- Sourcing the candidate through job portals like naukri and monster and also through network and reference.
- Coordinating with them in weekday and weekends drive.
- Responsible to coordinate with offered candidate until joins the organization.
- Recruiting appropriate candidates for contract,contract to hire and direct hire job orders.
- Should have excellent communication skills .

- Job type: Work from home
- Timings: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
- Working days: Monday to Friday; 2nd and 4th sat off
- Person should have her own laptop/ desktop with internet connectivity.
