JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for handling IT requirements for US based clients.
- Responsible for full recruitment life cycle: interview, offer, negotiation and close candidates for assigned requisitions.
- Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) position.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skill.
- Willing to work as per US timings.
- Keen to develop extensive technical knowledge in selected technologies to conduct primary screening.
- Command over various search tools & techniques.
- Basic knowledge of W2, 1099, C2C
EDUCATION:
UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required
PG - Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required
