--Good knowledge in technologies.
--Handling the complete recruitment, Sourcing, screening, followup, maintain tracker, salary negotiation.
--Sourcing the suitable and quality candidates from the target companies with the help of resources provided.
--Sourcing the candidate through job portals like Naukri and Monster and also through network and reference.
--Coordinating with them in weekday and weekends drive.
--Responsible to coordinate with offered candidate until joins the organization.
--Recruiting appropriate candidates for contract,contract to hire and direct hire job orders.
--Should have excellent communication skills.
