Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Ionic Developer (Android & iOS) to join our Engineering team. You will be working with our engineers to develop and maintain high quality mobile applications.
If youre passionate about mobile platforms and translating code into user-friendly apps, we would like to meet you. As a Mobile developer, youll collaborate with internal teams to develop functional mobile applications, while working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Extensive knowledge about mobile app development (Android & iOS). This includes the whole process,
from the first line of code to publishing in the store(s), like the entire application lifecycle
(concept, design, test, release and support)
Writing clean, readable, and testable code for Android & iOS
Developing new features and user interfaces from wireframe models
Ensuring the best performance and user experience of the application
Fixing bugs and performance problems
Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions
Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions
Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance
Design interfaces to improve user experience
Liaise with Product development team to plan new features
Ensure new and legacy applications meet quality standards
Research and suggest new mobile products, applications and protocols
Stay up-to-date with new technology trends
Skills
Deep knowledge of Android & iOS
Proficiency with writing automated tests depending on the libraries you use to test
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and mobile libraries for networking
Familiarity with the JSON format
Experience with profiling and debugging mobile applications
Strong knowledge of architectural patternsMVP, MVC, MVVM, and Clean Architectureand the ability
to choose the best solution for the app
Familiarity with push notifications
Understanding mobile app design guidelines on each platform and being aware of their
