Hi,
We have an opening with an IT MNC for Talent Acqusition Sourcer.
Key responsibilities of the Sourcer include:
Providing specialized sourcing expertise for technical and niche profiles. This includes designing creative and innovative ways of finding passive external talent .
Building and maintaining talent pools of suitably qualified candidates based on business demands
Consulting with hiring managers and recruiters to develop a strategic sourcing plan and ensure successful recruitment of quality candidates
Direct and proactive outreach to passive talent, including cold calling and headhunting
Fully qualifying the candidate during an initial telephone interview
Proactively using e-recruitment tools and Social Media to source top qualified candidates and keep up-to-date with new trends in sourcing
Staying present in the process and engaged with the candidate thought out the full recruitment lifecycle
Developing and maintaining effective networks to maximize visibility and attract top quality candidates.
Contributing to HPE's diversity objectives by developing a diverse top qualified pool of candidates (as applicable by geography).
