Bachelors degree or above in Business/Employment law, Human Resources,
Business Management or related field
6+ years of work experience related to HR compliance and employment law related.
Law firm experience preferred, especially in employment law and compliance
Strong experience in educating, advising, counseling and operationalizing a broad range of legal issues for in-house counsel, especially with respect to labor and employment laws and tech industry best practices in the Netherlands and major international jurisdictions
Experience in program/project management experience, including change management, project management, stakeholder management, user training, and communications
Ability to build strong relationships and influence others while working in a cross functional environment, including senior members of the business
Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.
Ability to excel in a fast paced environment, high sense of urgency with strong multi-task and prioritization skills
Proficiency of Dutch, French and English in both written and verbal;
