Role & Responsibilities :
- Be a part of & support management in general HR operations
- Responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment processes
- Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
- Job posting for new openings on various job portals
- Sourcing candidates through Internal Database, Job Portals, Mass mailing, Networking & Employee Referrals
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
- Conducting & Co-ordinating campus recruitment
- Organizing and maintaining employee personnel records
- Participate in conducting first level orientation of new joinee, documentation
Required key skills :
- Fresher (preferably 2019 batch)
- Good communication Skills
- Keen & willing to learn
- Highly motivated, independent & initiative taker
