Must be from a Graduate/Post Graduate
Must have Experience into generalist role

Recruitment,Resourcing and Development
Planning Manpower requirement
Payroll management
Compliance with Labour laws & Statutory payments
Timely processing of payroll on month
Responsible to develop HR policies as per the requirement
Identify,plan & help execute Training & Development for maximum employees
Facilitating PMS exercise,partnering with the compensation and benefits team along with General Managers
Data Analysis to track Attrition
Salary: INR 4,00,000 - 7,00,000 P.A.
