Experience in BI and R is must.

Previous experience in healthcare insurance industry is mandatory,
preferably in analytics team or a KPO focussed in healthcare insurance
analytics
3-5 years of progressive experience mining large complex data sets, using a
variety of advanced quantitative/modeling techniques.
Proficiency in SQL with broad working knowledge of methodologies used
for advanced analytics is required. Apply investigative skill and analytical
methods to look behind the numbers, assess business impacts, and make
recommendations through use of healthcare analytics, predictive modelling,etc.
Analysis and forecasting of trends in medical costs to provide analytic
support for finance, pricing and actuarial functions
