Gathering the needs and requirements of the clients to bring in business.
Generating Big Ticket Business.
Getting Permissions for Promotional and Sales activities in Corporate, Housing Societies, Malls, Schools or Colleges or Car Showrooms, etc.
Making Plans for Promotional or Sales Activities.
Driving Sales team through TL for Revenue Generation.
Meeting Sales Target.
Developing Sales & Marketing Strategy Managing Sales Team. Product Development Training Sales Team
Job Description of Team Leader of (1.5+ years):
Handling team of Sales
TLs to execute sales leads as received from BDM. Drive, Implement and Execute BDMs Strategy.
Responsible for Process & Product Training.
Solving Customer Grievances/Objections and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
Responsible for Deploying the Members properly on the field and support them to achieve their targets.
Responsible for Driving and Monitoring their Performance.
Initiate Sales through Individual Reference and Cold-calling also to meet revenue targets.
Manage Team, Handle Escalations, Drive discipline, Adherence and Motivation.
Handle Team Reports, Training and preparing and managing Rosters.
Manage Appraisals.
Skills Required:
Target Achiever
Preferred Graduates/MBA/PG
Strong customer relationship skills
Must possess minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (Direct/Channel).
