General Manager - Operations
Mega Chicken Restaurants Ltd. A company registered under the Companies and Allied Matter Act in Nigeria. A five star fast-food chains, Cosy Restaurants, Amusement and arcade
Floors in Lagos, Nigeria.
The company is operating three (3) Mega Restaurants on its own multi-storey owners occupier buildings in highbrow locations in Lagos, Nigeria.
Function/ Specific Activities
Performs the co-ordination of the operation management
Ensure that the operation department is run effectively and of high efficiency standard
To make sure that the products and services of the company are of international standard
To see that the service delivery of the company are second to none
To have the quality of stimulants that will rejuvenate the operation staff and their performances
Must develop ideas that will increase sales and productivity
To have the skill of managing and directing senior management staff of the department of operations
Experience Required
Must have worked in one or more large food service/ hospitality industry as general manager operations in charge of operations, logistics and storage.
Must have been co-ordinating /managing mass high quality food service in sea cruise boat, large banqueting service, or a chain of high performance and busy world class international restaurants business.
Qualification
University/Technical Education
Catering /food certificates and experience is an added advantage
Industry
A large food service industry with over 20,000 customers per day
Operating in large display of world class, Continental/Chinese, fast food Restaurants
Large spread of ready meal display African Restaurants
Large cosy a la carte, continental, Chinese and African Restaurants
Operating large Arcade and Amusement floors.
