Specific work content:
Guest room service cleaning to greet guests in the room, preparation of yukata
Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests
Preparation of venue and serving staff
Provide information about hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Ability to work quickly under pressure

English: Daily conversation level
Japanese: Business level
