- Responsible for reception activities, logging phone calls, record requests & complaints of the clients.
- Attending incoming calls with proper etiquette and maintaining records for them.
- Responding the telephonic call and carry out the conversations politely and timely manner.
- Coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Greeting and assisting visitors and Guests.
- Maintenance of Attendance Register and keeping a track on outdoor duties of the Executive/Staff.
- Maintaining Courier Register.
- Maintaining the files, records and documents as required.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills is required

- Influencing and convincing.
- Graduate or equivalent degree, minimum 6 months of experience in front office/Receptionist.
Salary:INR 1,00,000 - 3,00,000 P.A.
