Job Description

Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls Make phone calls relevant to the office administration tasks Organize, order, and maintain office supplies and assets. Make sure the office is always clean and well organized. Compile reports and records from all branches and submit regularly as per instructions Assist managers in recruitment formalities Prepare and keep relevant record-keeping documents updated and verified Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access Monitor and review inventory of office supplies and the purchases of all branches with attention to budgetary constraints Coordinate with various departments and branches for relevant HR or administrative tasks. Update calendars and schedule meetings Prepare, accept, and distribute mailings and couriers. Coordinate and supervise maintenance contractors or any other official services execution and completion. Assist in arranging travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers as per instructions Follow up closely with all the branch record keeping documents and relevant tasks Assist and maintain all branches databases, spreadsheets, and reports and prepare documents as required.
