During this time they have generated outstanding returns for their stakeholders, always investing in industries that yield high returns. My client holds investments in subsidiaries, which in turn invest in a differentiated worldwide asset base.

They are committed to delivering exceptional results, and the business is rapidly expanding; the companies are based in Greece but with offices in other parts of the world. They are looking for a Finance Manager to join the holding company, managing all accounting activity and overseeing activities within the subsidiaries. The role will be based in Athens, Greece, with the possibility of relocation to London eventually.

Primary duties will include:

Activities include but are not limited to:
Preparing companys financial statements and reports for CFO/CEO/Shareholders and to clients as per the schedule laid down in management contracts; recommending further courses of action
Carrying out business modelling and risk assessments
Advising on investment activities and providing strategies for the companys growth plans
Maintaining the financial health of the company
Analysing costs, variable contributions, sales results, and the companys actual performance in comparison with budgets and company business strategy
Developing projections for all subsidiaries within the holding company
Close liaison with accounting team
Liaising with tax advisors, lawyers and auditors
