TTK Healthcare Limited, India's pioneering FMCG company with category leading brands such as SKORE, EVA, WOODWARD'S, etc. is offering accelerated transition program, for MBA graduates seeking leadership positions in FMCG Sales & Marketing. The selected candidate shall be undergo an year-long intense training on various aspects of FMCG sales & distribution across diverse markets and live projects. During the training period, the candidate shall be offered a fixed compensation of INR 8.0 LPA. On successful completion of training, the candidate shall be posted as Area Sales Managers with branch management responsibilities, and also becomes eligible for performance incentives of upto INR 2.40 LPA.

The applicant should be a full-time MBA graduate of 2019 batch, from leading B-Schools with a good academic track record and a CAT (or, equivalent) score of 80th percentile or above and CGPA score of 3.0/5.0 or above. The candidate should be geographically mobile, have a flair for languages, be passionate about Feet-on-Street selling, and ambitious about reaching highest echelons of management.
