Factory Manager - Spring Mattress Industry at Cochin Location

Responsible to direct and coordinate plant operations within company policies and procedures to ensure the high level effectiveness and efficiency.

Responsible for establishing all shift production schedules for meeting the production plan as well as to keep a buffer stock. Responsible for ensuring that the store department is properly keeping the benchmarks and order level for keeping a safe stock for anticipated shortage and production needs. Responsible for coordinating the maintenance department to ensure zero breakdown hours that affects the total productivity of the unit. Responsible in Understanding of safety systems and enforcement of safety rules and policies in all level. Responsible to train plant supervisory and administrative staff and provide daily direction-setting and leadership to area production personnel. Responsible to work closely with Quality Assurance personnel to review product consistency in order to determine areas of improvement and new product development. Should have experience more than 5 years in spring mattress

production.
