Vacancy Open for Experienced Office Administrator Jobs in Caringbah,Australia

A steady growth in our business means we are seeking a mature minded Office Administrator with a positive attitude to join our team.
Experience in XERO is a MUST.
Your duties will include:-
- XERO Invoicing and Statements
- Replying to emails
- Preparing job sheets and following quotes and job files
- Good telephone manner and message taking
- Accounts payable and receivables
- Filing paperwork
- Maintaining Google Calendar/Google Drive
- Excel experience preferred
- Credit Card payments
- Dealing with customers and staff
- General and ad-hoc office duties
- Must be punctual, reliable and able to work autonomously
- At least 3 - 4 years working experience in a similar role
- Willing to learn and bring skills to the table
- Some knowledge with Social Media
- This is a full time position, 37.5hrs p/week. Hours are 8.30am 4.30pm (1/2 for lunch) Monday -
- Friday, and remuneration will be discussed at interview.
